Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the customer's location, product availability,, fulfillment location, and courier.

As a general guideline:

India: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Tracking

Where tracking information is available, we will provide tracking details after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after a shipment is handed to the carrier.

5. Delivery Problems

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

VEXXIO is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

If a package appears lost, significantly delayed, or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact our support team so that we can investigate with the relevant delivery provider.
